The colours on the sprites do need to be reworked, but aside from that, they seem fine to me.
 
Was there a 16-bit colour limit for sprites in the GBA games?
 
I don't mean to rain on your parade, but you do realize that there are NO map editors for any DS games, right? I can't see this project going very far without a map editor...

And don't tell me that YOU are going to develop one, because I've seen plenty of other people make the same claim.

No Way, this game is set in Unova and I'm keeping it that way. Just because it has only Hoenn pokemon in it doesn't mean it is a FULL RSE REMAKE. Just because I haven't edited maps doesn't mean this can't go far. Theres a lot I can do just by replacing sprites and Text, and this will be the closest you can get to a remake for RSE, but its not a Full remake. Its just a one region hack.

Hey,awsome game,for the patch do you mind if you could add just the patch for hoenn white to download? my Flashcart only runs your rom with a special patching system.EDIT:Never mind, i ended up being able to do some complicated ways to get it to work!

What was wrong with it? Did you download the full ROM from another thread or did you use the patch and it didn't work until you had to do complicated things?
 
Are moves also going to be edited? Some moves are really underpowered,

And this is really one of the best hacks available =)

Yes, I think there was
Then I assume it would be possible to have the same colours than in R/S.

You see, May's in-battle sprite seems fine to me, but Brendan's sprite has the colours on his hat wrong.
If you could make the bandana part black and the pokéball part red (inverting the current colours), it would be perfect.
The sprites in the VS screen look weird, but those will get better later and it's not that important anyway (though the red eyes make it weird.)
 
it would be nice if u could change the title screen to say hoenn instead of edition
btw KingDrapion,put up a patch for the rom,not patched rom
*Facepalm* Put in the wrong download link. I put the patch up, but please tell me if that is not a patch, because i'm a noob at this.

I appreciate the help, but I have tried this before. It is not easy as converting it into a sseq file than inserting it. One of my problems is looping and changing instruments. But I thankyou for gathering this up for me.
