"New Game, etc" menu --->Mystery Gift ---->Recieve from Nintendo WFC or something like that...
I got my Jirachi the day the event started (June 26?)

Also, there's no"weekly" mystery gift...they are events and they happen...you know...eventually

FYI, here's some info you should know.

1: This mystery gift is for *all* the games, D/P/Pt/HG/SS.
2: The Jirachi's IVs and Nature are random when collected at the pokemart.
3: This Jirachi unlocks the pokéwalker route "Night Sky's Edge" on HG/SS, but that's useless to most people.
4: Jirachi cannot learn Draco Meteor naturally, and it cannot relearn it if it is deleted.
