The first thing I wanted to say.....

LEARN2MATHEMATHICS. IT ISN'T HARD, BUT A LOT OF YOU SEEM TO FAIL AT IT AND YOU ALL SHARE THE NEED TO SHOW THAT YOU FAIL AT IT.

Which brings me to the second thing I wanted to say....

WHY THE HELL DO YOU EVEN CONSIDER THAT BIG IMPORTANT COMPANIES LIKE NINTENDO AND STUFF WOULD USE SUCH SIMPLE MATH. LEARN2MAKE SENSE.

To what I wanted to say before I saw that rediculous math stuff,
my game appears to freeze more often with ARM7 fix then without, so anyone who still tries to fool other people into doing that, stop. Or give me a good patch because it's possible I messed up, although I doubt that, because none of my ROMs freezes like this one.

To my last point, let pro's handle this, and not trolls and spamw**res.

Oh and mods reading my rage, I actually intend to help you.

Take it easy, these kids are too young to know elementary algebra.

No point, they don't work anyway, but for future reference, google "R4 Cheat Code Editor"

Better yet, here's a link to Yasu's version which is better than the original: http://hp.vector.co.jp/authors/VA013928/bin/r4cce086.zip

I just thought that maybe if the people who were actually really knew what they were doing had some sort of number to search for they could pinpoint, then a patch would be completed much faster. I realize that you can't just plug an equation into a game and get it patched. But I thought that if the method by which the game determines when to crash could be formulated, then maybe someone working with the hex could use it to create a patch.

If that's not the case then I'm sorry, I was just trying to help.

The formula was made up on the spot and it doesn't even apply except if you have 3 _first_ badges. With 1st, 2nd and 4th badge, the events required for a freeze is over 50.
For me, the formula is right. The game froze after 24 event without badge, 21 with 1, 15 with 2 and 3 with 3.
But with a 3-events freeze, I cant go to the 4th.

1000 PEOPLE WILL BE dissapointed tonight!

screw that formula and work on a patch instead of trying to solve algerba
yes, and some of those 1000 people are actually trying to fix it. As was said before, the maths could help.
i cant understand the math
i know algerba but only pre algreba
