It's more like, "does this work? hmmm, if we adapt it it does, maybe this can help us...let's try, as we've tried most things, it can't hurt, can it?"

To be perfectly honest, it'd be nice if there was a topic that only those actually working on fixes could post in so that they can discuss between each other so that there isn't so much filler in between the useful information, and the unneccessary math problems.

After reading the posts by the people actually working on this, I'd like to help as well, even though I only have very basic knowledge on the matter.
