Hacking Pokemon Diamond Save from SCL to R4/M3DSS

Just got an M3DSS but the problem is that it cannot recognize my Pokemon Diamond save from SC lite even though Ive already converted it.

I was supposed to get an R4 but it was out of stock so I got the M3 instead.
