Gaming Pokemon D/P Issues

Hi im kinda new here and if i post in the wrong section i am terribly sorry : ( anyways i have this problem with my Pokemon D/P rom that everytime i get past the start screen it freezes into a white blank on both screens , I use an R4 , Please i would like some help thank you.

What firmware are you using? Try re-downloading the rom.

i use the firmware kernel 1.18 at the r4 site other games work fine and yes i will try to re download the game thanks again
