Hardware Pokémon black transferring Pokémon. GBATEMP exclusive 208 in one cartridge on the Nintendo ds

I recently bought a Deep Labryinth Atlus USA, inc which includes all the Pokémon games on the Nintendo ds. Is it possible to transfer Pokémon to newer generations using this cartridge or will it not be possible because it is not an authentic copy?

You'd have to trade the Pokemon to a legit game cartridge then migrate them with Poke Transporter, or restore your save to a legit game cartridge.

If you have a hacked 3DS you could also open the save for Pokemon Black in PKHeX then open the save for one of your 3DS Pokemon games in PKHeX and drag the Poke across to the 3DS save. PKHeX will emulate the Gen 5 to 6 migration process.

You can finally move them to Pokemon Bank and then migrate them to Pokemon Home, which will allow the Pokemon to be used in any compatible Switch Pokemon game.
