in a few words, IT EDIT THE EVOLUTIONS OF A POKEMON ON ONE OF THE 4º GEN GAMES
take this exemple: you play a game on a emulaltor, and you want your kadabra to evolve but it only evolver when trade, what is impossilbe on a emulaltor. What to do? use this progrmam. Whit it you can change you kadabra's way of evolution and, for exemple add a new evolution to him: evolve to alakzam at level 30, or evolve by happines, or any one of the evolution methods that exist on the 4º gen

got a Q, is it possible to make 2 different pokemon evolve into the same? is it possible to make 1 pokemon evolve into the same pokemon via 2 different methods? (like keeping the trade evolution for Kadabra, but also adding in a happiness so u could still use it like a regular pokemon game?)

Yes, you can do that, every pokémon can have 7 diferent evolutions, like eevee
