based on the findings of threads/reverse-engineering-pokemon-gen4-wonder-card-wi-fi-distribution.488212/ I have created a small program which lets you distribute wondercards for the 4th generation Pokemon games from you PC. Maybe someone will consider it useful: github Eiskasten/wc-beacon
