Gaming Pokécheck is partially back up.

I noticed today that https://www.pokecheck.org/ has had its old home page put back up. However, all the images and links are broken and the database says there are 0 users and 0 Pokemon uploaded.

Do you think this is just a bug, or is Pokécheck making a return?
