Nope, not possible due to how the DS handles GBA mode; it uses the native GBA resolution. You can, however add a custom border via the R4, which always looks nice.

yes there is a way, write the game onto the NOR memory, then start the game up like any other GBA game from the DS main menu, viola, no border =D

There may be no border, but there's still no full screen, which is what the original poster was asking about.

When in GBA mode, the DS can only recognize the 240x160 resolution, and it cannot make use of the DS's extra pixels for gameplay short of adding a custom border. Besides, even if you could use the whole screen, the fact that you're scaling it up by such a small amount means it would look terrible.

what u could also do, if u have a gba u can flash the game and just throw it in ur gba (if u have modded it like me and put the insides of the ez flash in a normal gba cartrage.)

Within the system folder there is an image file, this file is used for your border. You can open that and edit it to be anything you want. I personally just made mine all black.

I would like a Predator game "Kill Team" it takes place in the Jungle of the first movie, your team is sent to hunt the predator, using current tech drones and a trained team. Set traps use strategy to hunt and trap or kill the predator.
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Ill stick with my Battlefield. Yea a predator hunting game like that would be cool. Esp if you can be Arnold and say "Get to da choppa"
    +1
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Maybe Arnold could do a cameo voice acting, he is the one briefing you on the mission

I went today and looked at a motorcycle someone was selling. I get there and the battery on it was dead, so the guy grabbed a battery charger and hooked it up. He plugged it into the wall, and the motorcycle sparked and started smoking. Come to find out the bike uses a 6 volt battery and the guy had the charger set to 12v. I said sorry to the dude and walked away. I felt bad for him tho.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Sounds like it would be an exciting ride....

Not sure I would want something on fire between my legs
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
He ruined it basically. Sad cause it was a decent old bike. It would take more money to rewire the bike than it was worth tho.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Yeah I'm sure at minimum the starter was fried
