Hacking pictods.exe not working

Can someone help, the pictods.exe for comic book ds isn't running, I've installed the latest Java updates, as well as the .net framework.
Theres no error given, I just try and run the program and nothing happens.

nvm found my answer, mod can safely delete this thread
