Does the payload has to be named payload.bin or it'll open any kind of bin file??

Which LED should I look at?? The one from picofly board??

It has to be named payload.

There is no other led on the switch so the picofly Led is the only one u can look at :-)
There is an LED around home button

Is there any full tutorial in what I need to buy? The installing won't be a problem, but I can't seem to find what I need to buy and where? Have been searching aliexpress and gbatemp for hours now. (Preferably with the flex cable)

The LED signaling seem to work ok on clones as long as they are on fw v.2.67.
So I would suggest that you flash v.2.67, finish the installation, do the troubleshooting (if needed) and then, after you confirm that everything is working, flash the latest firmware from the toolbox in Hekate.

I got a batch of those. The led doesn't light up with 2.75 for some reason. Another user suggested using 2.67 for the troubleshooting codes. If it checks out ok and glitches, just flash the latest firmware through picofly toolbox.

Beat me to it. And almost the exact same wording. Lol

In 2.67 the red/blue flash led and finished on green and remains on green ( does not turn off ). And flash with pico toolbox in 2.73, no more led.

And In 2.67 I encounter a problem with the sd card detection boot.

Does the glitch work though? Using 2.67 is more for troubleshooting. Find the color codes if there's an error. If you can get into Hekate you are golden. And yes the LED won't work on 2.75. You don't need it if it's working, it's just the to look pretty and show off lol. I thought my install was bad cause I had no lights, but got the no SD screen.

Well, green is for success in 2.67. It might not turn off because as we know these clones don't communicate well with LED.
The main thing is, as @bvang913 stated above, does the glitch work (does it show noSD screen)?

In 2.73 works fine, but in 2.67 I had SD card boot initialization errors. I check the SD card connector.

any ideas guys? Happens with and without Emmc
Could the flex be faulty?
Seem s like some people are facing this issue:

https://github.com/Ansem-SoD/Picofly/issues/32
What is your error code?
If your error is *=* (emmc init not detected), then:
if you can boot to ofw normally, then the connection Cmd, Clk to the picofly need to be checked, or change the rp2040 board, else
If you can't boot to ofw (blackscreen etc). Check cmd resistor on the mainboard. the cmd/dat0/clk line from emmc to the cpu might disconnected.

Installed HWfly v6 rp
Installed the fw_2.73.uf2

When I turn on the lite, lights come on and blue and yellow. not getting a display saying boot.dat or missing sd
card etc. RCM mode is activated my computer can see it in tegrarcm. any tips whats the issue?

i installed picofly on a switch oled and after that right joy-con is charging but not detected in handheld mode, wireless is working. The problem is not in joy-con or rail. I think that the problem is on motherboard . Does anyone know what component on motherboard is causing this ?
