temperature is actually lower,but only on this model
I can't believe that. Also if you can solder to tiny points on the Switch and do it successfully, why couldn't you remove the USB-C port and buttons to make it fit? It will.

i think 2040-one can fit all models except ns lite

No like it not about fitting , more so about power source. Do you really need to drill square in case just to supply power to chip ?

No. No it‘s not necessary to do that.

If you remove the usb and buttons and solder it in nicely it will fit just fine.

Maybe in lite can remove cardreader and plug rp2040 on this place? Sacrifice headphone jack or make some cable.
