keys do get dirty IMO(unless you restore a backup from other devices)

Nintendo encrypt all the software on the NAND chip using a set of Keys, some are the same for all consoles others are unique to each console, that are the most important ones.

Dump is a process where you use Homebrew mainly as a payload to copy that keys to a file on your SD card or to your screen.

It is clean if you did a backup before doing any CFW booting, as lockpick_RCM doesn't touch horizon os, nor does Hekate.

Perform a full system reset, that fixes sleep. (from the Full Stock mode)
OFW boot (if broken) can be fixed by WiFi OFW update (like 16.0.0 -> 16.0.1) over wifi
