so i called nintendo and told em that my switch cant connect to eshop and before i told em the shipping address i am asking now to ask if FACTORY RESETING my switch would "clean" the system like any sign of corrupt files and "hackery" plz help im having a heart attack cuz the ban was "temporary" now they say its "perm" or should i give it 1 more month to see if anything changes cuz i have 180 days.

K.. well there r some signs that make me and Nintendo think otherwise like being able to update to v9, unlinking Nintendo account, updating joycons

You don't qualify for repair, repair is for when there is something broken like damaged screen, dust under the screen. Since you ran cfw stuff on it, they would not even bother to service it.

Factory resetting will not wipe everything. They will still see the hacked stuff in history afaik. Shouldnt have modded if you wanted to play online....

hmm...didn't think that's what he meant. lol customer service and the repair people don't have any control over people getting banned. I know it at least says something like that with sony on their website. if you're banned, there's nothing you can do. since customer service has nothing to do with it, calling them up is a waste of time. I'm sure they've gotten yelled at several times in the past for this same reason -- a banning.

Factory resetting will not wipe everything. They will still see the hacked stuff in history afaik. Shouldnt have modded if you wanted to play online....

U know what would wipe everything to the cleanest as possible before I send it in?

a friend sent joycons our for repair (not locking into switch) after a month process they sent it back with nothing but odd check marks and no repair was done
