How do you forget a basic powder bomb?

It is not like it involves actual chemistry.

Not a powder bomb but some actual chemistry with some explosives made

You were supposed to use a certain type of coffee creamer IIRC, and I forgot what type you're supposed to use.

Assuming this is not an actual process to make something then it works with most high surface area compounds that are broadly speaking likely to be exothermic (do you eat them for energy?) when burned in air. Flour was the one I was usually shown.

Get said powder airborne and introduce a source of ignition, or don't as it is really not a terribly controllable.

Most people do not seem to appreciate the amount of energy a lot of foodstuffs have

Explosions are cool though and in my experience get people to learn/take to chemistry far more than 12 hours of waxing poetic about Benedict's reagent and flame colours.
