Homebrew Payload savefiles for CN?

I'm going to hack my friends 9.9U O3DS later, but I need to download the payloads, because parking lots don't have wifi (yet). None of mine are on 9.9u, is there an easy way to do this? or can I just download the 9.9 payload on another FW?
