Not possible. Only with owned dlc.

whats with everyone suddenly mad at pirating smash DLC. Wasn't frowned upon when a DLC thread for mario kart 8 was made which told how to get them loading via loadiine by replacing files.

Mario kart 8 needs to replace files, may enable with things like DLC.bin in the common/mush folder as i have no idea what that does but executes when game is launched.

I have unlocked DLC in Sm4sh but i have problems with CSPs if i put any CSP in the backup game, it keeps on loading screen forever. Anyway, i can play with new characters without CSPs

You have to use ddd then use smash explorer http://darkumbra.net/forums/topic/81530-super-smash-bros-4-dlc-unlock-edited-files/ doesn't work for stages
