I've read that if i fail to boot into pasta CFW, i'll have to reinstall the pasta from the start, will i lose all the save of my cia games if it happend? I just really want to play the dlc of fantasy life but it's impposible to play it on the sky3ds. Thanks alot guys!

Why are you, or anyone for that matter, using pasta. It's dead. Use rxtools

 I Know This May Have Been Implied By The 9.7 thing but is this compatible with firmware 10.1 or 10 and if not compatible is there a new custom firmware for these versions Thx :yaysp:

If I would try it would brick my 3ds no?

No, just..nothing would happen (or your 3DS would probably just crash, requiring a reboot). 9.3+ patched the exploits required to have kernel access, and no new public ones are available right now. There's no point trying anyway.
