QUOTE said:Panel de Pon DS
English Translation

Please distribute and host anywhere freely.
This is an English-language patch for the Japanese version of Panel de Pon DS (CRC 8C0B1AD9). To apply it, unzip all the files to the same directory as the Japanese rom. Click and drag the Japanese rom onto the applypatch.bat file. This will create pdpeng.nds. Rename it however you'd like and then use whatever patching program you use to run it on your flashcart as you would normally; except don't try to trim it again, as it is already trimmed. For M3 users, (4xDMA, Force R/W, No Trim) should work just fine.
If you like the game, buy it when it comes out in your region. I know I will. Single-cart multiplayer rocks.
Right now I don't have a website or plans to host this anywhere officially, so please redistribute it wherever appropriate. I can usually be reached at (rom site deleted) as baochan.
What is translated:
Nearly all of the menus and dialog buttons; All the puzzle objectives in "Mission" mode.
What isn't translated:
Menu item descriptions, Wi-fi Settings, DS Download Play files (demo and single-cart multiplayer), Tutorials.
Translation notes:
I made the menus in all-caps, simply as a stylistic preference. I felt it matched the feel of the original stylized all-katakana menus.
All the "Ojama" modes became "Avalanche". "Ojama" literally means irritation or nuisance, and is a common term for the random or blank pieces sent to your opponent when you combo (in just about every puzzle game since Dr. Mario). Since there is no accepted standard term for these pieces in English, I went with something that seemed appropriate.
Release History:
v 0.25: First public release. All menus and missions translated.
