PAL Mario 64 and 1080 Snowboarding on NTSC Console

So I just got PAL copies of Mario 64 and 1080 Snowboarding for cheap. Can these games work on NTSC N64? If they don't, can I use the EMS Passport(not plus) for both the games?

They won't work by default. They might work with some kind of bypass cart but be aware that PAL cartridges will play in 50hz mode, meaning that if your TV is NTSC it might not support it.

They'll probably boot up. The fancy region protection was in other games like Banjo Tooie and Taz Express.
50hz is the more pressing concern. That I know of, NTSC consoles cannot encode valid PAL color.
