Hacking Pal gamecube game with gc loader and neogamma

what settings do i need for neogamma and/or gcloader
to play a PAL gamecube or wii game on my ntsc wii?
the game is batatlion wars
DO NOT GIVE ME THE BUY/DOWNLOAD THE NTSC VERSION ANSWER
IF THERE IS NOT SOLUTION EXCEPT TO BUY A PAL WII
PLEASE SAY THAT INSTEAD

Chance is you don't need to do anything at all
But forcing NTSC can sometimes be needed
