Also the "999" thing was made by smealum when on twitter he had a lot of questions like "LOL I'M ON -25, WILL -24's VERSION WORKS???" and he added a 999 thing to prove that it had nothing to do with the last 3 digits

Like wow. NH 2.0 + SKY3DS = everything pretty much xD! Homebrew and piracy. So all you need is a 4.0 - 9.9 3DS and a SKY card and that sums up the 3DS scene.
