Didn't workTurn off your anti-virus/firewall. Or port through ALL devices router, anti-virus, windows. If that doesn't work turn them off if you're on a private network.

That was with firewall completely turned off. Was googling how to port forward in avast and apparently it doesn't block ports, so there is no port forwarding on it
Edit: Just tried again with also turning off the anti-virus. Same result. No changes
