I just realized NSY was Not Started Yet... Not sure why I thought it was Not Sure Yet. Lol. Anyways, it should be great as a CIA, and I hope all goes well and I can translate from Eng to Spanish (Lat) if needed.

I wouldn't even bother doing this. Nintendo would come after you, and would C&D the living heck out of you. I mean, look at AM2R and Pokemon Uranium.

*sigh* This isn't going to happen. Looking at the thread and the OP, it's someone who wants to make something and starts out on a big project that'll never work out.. I hope I'm wrong though.

Started this about a year ago, with decent progress.
(This can technically run on Wii U and 3DS, I'm just too lazy to port it over.)

However, this seems very interesting and if someone has the Unity SDK for 3DS they can probably port it over to the system. Even if it runs at 10 fps, it would be a cool POC. Too bad he didn't release the source code...
