Started this about a year ago, with decent progress.
(This can technically run on Wii U and 3DS, I'm just too lazy to port it over.)

If you could send me the technical demo, I could try to run it on 3DS and Wii U.

If you can make this run on 3DS, even as simple as it is. It would be like a Christmas present to me.

No pressure.

I'd like to remake Super Mario Sunshine and do it for 3DS.

I've some questions about this project. If someone can help reply this questions, I'll be very happy and I could start it!

1. Models
- Can I extract models from Super Mario Sunshine (GC) and port it to DevKitARM? It would be very easy. Only 2 or 3 changes and I'll the model ready.
For example, Can I use Delfino's Plaza Model for this game without any change?

2. UI (User Interface)
- My idea is use some 3DS characteristics (like Spotpass and Streetpass). But Idk how can I made it and the event (As a battle or something similar). Suggestions?

3. Compilation
.cia or .3ds?
EUR, USA or FREE REGION?
EULA or not?

4. Languages
I don't know all languages in this world. So the game will be in Castillian Spanish (ES), English (EN) and French (FR). If you want your language, I think that you'll need enter in the project xD.

For all Gbatemp users:
"I would like" isn't the same that "I'm do it.". Remember it.
it's i'm doing it, not i'm do it or it could be i'll do it...

the only way to run something which was made using Unity to the 3DS would be if there is a port of the whole Unity runtime(which is big) for 3DS. And there is, but it isn't available to the public, only to registered devs, which are checked by Nintendo.
Unless you port Unity to the 3DS by yourself, which would be an very, very large undertakement for some hobby programmers if the source code is freely availble, but guess what, it isn't!

So as a short summary: it isn't possible

I've a valid UnityFor3DS Licence... that's why I asked MasterF0x for the source.

to port something from unity to the new 3ds you would need a sdk 3ds unit. second you would need the software nintendo gives to the developers to be able to work anything. so you need a new 3ds developer kit but there is no way nintendo is going to sell you that if all you doing is porting mario stuff

Ok, then it's different story. I didn't expect official devs on such "dubious sites" like Gbatemp.

Maybe I'm wrong, but isn't sharing binaries a very high risk for you?
I'm almost "invisible" with this GBATemp-Account because it's completely unrelated with my dev-account. (Different IP, Different HWID, ...) Sharing binaries like leak UnityFor3DS won't happen but I would try to compile his stuff for N3DS because I'm interested in such things :P

With Luma3DS you can spoof your 3ds to act as a dev unit

If Nintendo cant give us a Super Mario Sunshine sequel then someone here can release the tools nessesary to make custom levels for the community to share with each other. That has a whole world of possibility, literally.
