Dunno what to tell you. The core issue is this one:Yeah got master key 6
UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0x95 in position 83: invalid start byte
So they broke them again XD? Glad is working for you know, sorry I just didn't have time to run the tests these last couple of days. Finally figured out what it was (white blocks, crashing upon entering hbmenu, unknown developer). Went back to 2.5.2 and installing works now. Was on 2.5.3
Probably you're missing keys or is due to the name Pokèmon (è), but sent me the whole log. (Copy and paste me by PM the full text outputted by the window). When I'm trying to GAME (NSP) + UPDATE (NSP) = XCI everything goes smoothly but it outputs a XCI with a file size roughly around the update file size. Any help? The game is pokemon let's go pikachu. It gives me 'Exception: index out of range' after the squirrel.
Yes, I know people that patched it to 5.1, and yes you need the masterkey6 for it since it's encrypted for 6.2 (keygeneration7=masterkey6).Can FF9 be parched with master key 6?

Not sure why that happened though currently the program is picky with certain characters in names on the python side. Not really sure why it wouldn't work with that .nsp. Maybe bad .nsp? I don't know.

BTW I'd avoid talking about downloading games in gbatemp, it goes against their rules. At least I'd try to worded differently.
Mode 2 is for building the first multi game, and update mode to erase previous updates and incorporate new ones, or to erase dlcs that got updated to incorporate new ones.just to confirm - you can use mode 2 for updates/dlc? you don't have to be in mode 4 (update mode)? I created a lot of xci's recently and would prefer not to do it again lol
got it. thanks for clarificationMode 2 is for building the first multi game, and update mode to erase previous updates and incorporate new ones, or to erase dlcs that got updated to incorporate new ones.
You can still use mode 2 to incorporate dlcs as long as they're different from the original ones so they don't overlap. Basically you only need to use mode 4 when things overlap.
Are you using x86 or x64 version?. If you're using x64 try with the x86 version since it was done with a virtual machine on windows7, chances are it's more compatible.Hi
new here in this nsc, I have this error about python?
yes, I used x64, try x86 working perfectAre you using x86 or x64 version?. If you're using x64 try with the x86 version since it was done with a virtual machine on windows7, chances are it's more compatible.
Also try running as administrator to see if it can fix that.
I'll build the x64 version on a virtual machine for next release. Though i didn't see much difference i performance between the 2.yes, I used x64, try x86 working perfect
thanks
