I started this account a long while back to get some help with a newly hacked wii, since then i admittedly haven't used it much nor posted, as is clearly evident. But im looking to get more active after lurking here so long, so this is my formal intro-

Im a long time nintendo fan with very, very minimal programming experience [couple high school courses from 6 years ago, most successful project was recreating centipede in VB '03 or 04]

Ive wanted to get into ROM hacking and general game design for a while but never pursued it fully.
Hoping to get back into programming through self teaching and community help, cant afford the school route right now

in the meantime i play guitar as my main hobby, gaming aside
