@keitaro0516,
If it ain't broke don't fix it. If it is, use ModMii

yeh... but it seems like im gonna have a hard time playing new games... skyward sword and such x( i was reading about this program named pimp my wii and they say it will update my softmods.... i wanna use sdhc cards that i read are only for 4.1 and up =( also can u plz tell me what version that guide i posted installs? only for information! thanks!!!

Sorry, i'm not going to read that guide or even visit the webpage (in fact you're not allowed to link to warez sites like that, if I were a mod it would already be removed... *hint* *hint*... @mods, I thought u had more than enough staff already, so why so slow to react :D ). If you have problems at any time you can completely resoftmod your wii using ModMii (as if it's the first time your modding it) and it will overwrite all your old softmods. In the time I would spend reading the other guide u could have finished resoftmodding your Wii using ModMii... and I don't want to waste my time, so the ball's in your court.

so by resoftmodding with modmii i should have all the stuff i need and updated? im looking at a youtube video and it looks like a super wizard xDD also mb for posting links didnt wanna break the rules with my first post =( wont happen again... i saw that modmii will update my wii to 4.1 is that correct? also if u willing to help do u know any software that can analize all my softmodding and mind taking a look at it? only to know if the trouble of remodding is nessesary... again thank u so much for ur help =) !

edit: will modmii will install priiloader? in case that i do something nooblike xD ?

to check if your existing softmods are up to date (by ModMii standards) generate a syscheck log (by running syscheck on your wii, download it from ModMii's download page 2) then run ModMii's syscheck updater (instructions on using syscheck will be onscreen), it will analyse the current state of your Wii (based on the syscheck log) and recommend updates (if any).

edit: yes, ModMii will get u to install priiloader, bootmii make a nand backup, basically everything that should be done

@fejity, yes ModMii works for everyone. Please buy your games though, hearing u are "downloading" games and planning to use my program just pisses me off.

@Ice God64, glad to hear it :D
XFlak, no worries, I got tons of bought wii games :)
I'll try to resoftmod my wii then using ModMii and see if I can resolve my issues! thanx
Hey XFlak,
re-softmodding my wii worked perfectly! Thanks!
I've sent you some scrap money off my credit card. It's not much, but little amounts by lots of people may make you a rich man ;) Thanks again :)

From ModMii's main menu, enter "SU" then read what's on the screen.

To download syscheck, from ModMii's main menu, "2", "SC" (and\or "SCB"), "d", "y"

yess i knew it was in front of me!! lol this is what it gave me back

1) INSTALL WADS
============

Load WiiMod via the HomeBrew Channel.

In WiiMod's main menu, go down to select "WAD Manager".
Select "Wii SD Slot" as the source device.

Install the following WADs from the WAD folder (this list of WADs is unique to the information you provided ModMii).

Be careful not to install any additional wads that may have been previously saved in this folder (they may be safe, but I cannot say for sure).

If you are sure all the WADs should be installed press "1" then "A" to begin the installation.
If you need to unselect a few WADs press "1", then press "B" to return to the list.
Notice all the WADs are selected. For each WAD that is not listed below simply select it using Up/Down and press "+" to deselect it.
When you are ready press "A" to begin the installation.

When done, press home to exit WiiMod.

If any files fail to install properly, retry installing those files.

Your unique list of wads to install are as follows:

... yes ModMii works for everyone....

Not quite everyone :), at least not for me. I am trying to remod an old softmoded wii (3.1 sys menu) and when I try to launch modwii 3.0 from the HBC, all that is displayed is "Error:: Failed to get TMD size. tid = 281480735966282" and two other variations with different numbers?

Have I missed something out....anyone?
