Also, I am not sure why this would effect the Wii loading discs normally, starting to think that it is just an issues with the games as I just bought them used a few days ago. I have had no issues with any of my games, all load normal.
Hi,
your slot 249, 222 and 223 slots are stubbed, you should remove them before installing the cIOS.
Install and launch Multi-Mod Manager http://mmm4wii.posterous.com/tag/134wiimmm with the HBC,
at the last line "Load another IOS..." choose IOS 236
then go to "remove stubbed IOSs" and choose "remove stub IOS 222, 223, 249, 250, 254"
Next, you can reinstall the cIOS 249, 222 and 223.
in the modmii directory, there should be a folder named "COPY_TO_SD", and in that should be an apps folder, and a NeoGamma folder. Copy the NeoGamma folder to the root of your sd card, and copy the apps folder to the root of your card as well. When copying, say yes if it asks to merge or overwrite stuff. Now just start neogamma from the homebrew channel, and have fun.Dimesyo said:Hi. I have a somewhat newly modded 4.3U wii which I used the Indiana Jones exploit and ModMii (virgin option) to get softmodded. I am trying to play gamecube backups, the unit is 4 years old so it should be able to play burned discs.
I have downloaded Neogamma through Modmii but I don't know what to do with the folder of neogamma files now that its downloaded. I tried putting it in the root of the SD card and then again in the app folder. Where do I put the files and how do I need install it?
I was also told that CFG USB Loader could load a burned gamecube discs but I when I try it just says "not a wii disc!"
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry, I'll be asking alot of questions as I'm a huge noob when it comes to hacks.

Use bannerbomb, it's compatible with 4.2 and much easier. It's harder to softmod a 4.3 wii unless you know what you're doing.

trucha bug is an old exploit used to homebrews advantage, but I think it's an old exploit that's no longer needed thanks to IOS236 installer. I once believed in pimp my wii too, but it's no longer needed.
