There are no ads displayed. I don't have AdBlock. Confirmed on @Sono's end as well.

It's most likely related to the changes Costello is doing in the background. The last ads were rather intrusive and it becoming problematic.

to answer your particular question, this is normal. When switching networks originally the "inventory" is low, meaning that not everyone gets ads. But they will come for sure, over time.
