How can that be slower? SD are faster as far as I know....
The Wii has a slow SD Card reader which can cause slow downs in some games. Using the same SD card with a USB card reader resolves most issues. I have tested this myself.

From what I remember the update that enables SDHC is maxed at 32GB but games built before it like Brawl still won't recognize >2GB SD.

Ah, there's a support article that answers it: http://en-americas-support.nintendo.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2516/~/what-sd-cards-are-compatible
The most likely reason for that is that Brawl uses an older IOS which doesn't support >2GB SD Cards.

I made a test a while ago with a 64GB SDHC and I can confirm that Nintendont "among many other apps" ran fine at full speed when formatted correctly "I can explain in details if interested".

Mmost emulators and apps ran fine with it even the official Nintendo stuff such as my save files and my huge collection of WiiWare and VC channels, unfortunately though USB Loader GX and, if memory serves, Wii Xplorer didn't work, two of my most used apps on the console which is why I went back to using the 32GB SD card I have, I hope they get updated sometime to support SDCH bigger than 32GB so I could switch to using that, I know I can run these apps off the USB but I prefer having them on the SD.

Is there a way to disable the home button with a Classic Controller Pro? I'm using a HORI Battle Pad and the home button is where the start button is on a GC controller.

I've hit the home button in the same place twice now...
Its not like we will release a nintendont version without homemenu just becuase a random user keeps pressing it for no reason lol, either you learn how to recompile nintendont and take that function out wich means no game exiting or you just teach yourself to not press it.

It wouldn't be bad if they add that as an option... just saying.

it shuts down before coming to load the USB or SD , I'm using a Wii 4.3E
you are using nintendont directly trough the homebrew channel right?

if nintendont doesnt even boot try deleting the ninconfig, delete the boot.dol and get a new boot.dol maybe it was corrupted somehow.

If anything, some of his songs were so controversial that he got troubles with the law regarding "blasphemy laws" in Greece.
