It does since like 50+ revisions ago but only with nunchuck. Will the Wiimote ever work alone?
That's why I asked. ;-)It does since like 50+ revisions ago but only with nunchuck.
to change any mapping that is hardcoded you will need to recompile nintendont but i dont think the wiimote even has enough buttons to play any GC game alone tbh. That's why I asked. ;-)
I there a way to change the mapping of the buttons that I can play Fire Emblem like on the Wii with the Wiimote?
I just thought it was somewhere hidden and I did not see that. Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn worked pretty well with Wiimote only.to change any mapping that is hardcoded you will need to recompile nintendont but i dont think the wiimote even has enough buttons to play any GC game alone tbh.
besides hid controllers all other controllers have an hardcoded button mapping so you can change it but then you need to recompile there isnt an easy ini file like hid controllers tough.I just thought it was somewhere hidden and I did not see that. Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn worked pretty well with Wiimote only.
It's not a big thing, just wanted to ask. Thank you very much. : )
+5 internets to the person who re-uploads the wii forwarder!
//link is dead for wii forwarder
i see it just fine and then all you have to do is download trough bowser option.I don't see any mega website content anymore.
only a white page, even on mega.nz without a D/L ID.
there are content if I look at the page sources, but only some headers, javascript, and layers, no real page content.
I can download it fine, too. That forwarder is really flaky, though. Nintendont always ended up crashing instead of returning to the system menu when I tried using it.i see it just fine and then all you have to do is download trough bowser option.
that is what happen normaly, fowarders cant return unless they are actualy full stubs wich i dont think one exists for nintendont at all.I can download it fine, too. That forwarder is really flaky, though. Nintendont always ended up crashing instead of returning to the system menu when I tried using it.
EDIT: Oh, derp... newer link.
like adeka said to use the gba link cable adapter go to the settings and activate native controls, you can only use GC controllers with native on aswhell.I tried the latest version today, and GBA connectivity does not work at all. Using it in a Wii with gamecube ports. Tried it with DIOS MIOS Lite and it works.
nintendont version number? also you sure the setting is on? do other games save just fine?Hi, for some reason even though memcard emulation is on the game I am trying to play (Budokai 2) keeps saying that there is no memory card. I am using a wii U, running nintendont via HBC on an SD card.
There's not much reason to use anything else on the Wii. NGC games are less than 4GB in size, the FAT libraries are well developed, compatible with all other homebrew, and it's stable. If it's not stable for you, then there's probably something else causing it to be unstable on your setup. I'm running a HDD with the first partition formatted to FAT32 with 32KB clustering for homebrew and NGC backups, with a second partition formatted to EXT2 for Wii backups. I haven't had any issues whatsoever related to that setup.Does anyone know why nintendont only supports fat32, seriously? What the hell's up with that. It essentially forces me to multipartiion my drive, and then also use fat32 which is quite literally garbage in terms of any sort of reliability.
