Gaming nintendo vide help

I downlod nintendo video but when i see the connection settings says is okay that you can download but when i see it there are no videos i wait 3 hours and no videos help

make sure the system is closed and on with no applications suspended

edit: also make sure you allow spotpass in the wifi settings

two i live in Guatemala probably that could be the reason

no it says Guatemala but if i put USA it wont let me download nothing says is not available in you're location but if i put Guatemala where i live it enters but dosnt download nothing
