Yes it is. Any console has a chance of being hacked and Nintendo being shit with security Nintendo consoles are more likely to get hacked

The Nintendo Switch has a better processor, Nvidia's Tegra X1, good luck getting homebrew on that.
Better processor doesn't make something hack proof
Oh? Look at the PS4 and Xbox One, none of the available jailbreak/homebrew methods have gotten anywhere.

EDIT: I just realized the hypocrisy of my statement. I told you to "stop trying to pass off opinion as fact", while I had the audacity to (implicitly) call the UI objectively unappealing. Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.+1 -
