Why not? there's going to be a subscription service so.... somebody needs to figure out how to break it unless the switch runs on a modified version of android

Yes it is. Any console has a chance of being hacked and Nintendo being shit with security Nintendo consoles are more likely to get hacked
The Nintendo Switch has a better processor, Nvidia's Tegra X1, good luck getting homebrew on that.

It looks kinda boring now that they went with flat.
At least it looks practical, minus the lack of folders and grid size options.

It most likely is. The future is here, flat is amazingly good looking and popular. Deal with it.
No need to be hostile. I'm just saying, there will most likely be at least minor differences in the final product.

And now to address this statement:
flat is amazingly good looking and popular. Deal with it.
Stop trying to pass off opinion as fact. And I couldn't care less how popular it is; popular does not necessarily mean good, high quality, etc.

EDIT: I just realized the hypocrisy of my statement. I told you to "stop trying to pass off opinion as fact", while I had the audacity to (implicitly) call the UI objectively unappealing. In retrospect, I should have clearly stated that that statement was my opinion and nothing more, so I apologize. I do not, however, take back my statement in regard to your post.
