May I ask at what temperature does the CPU/APU gets when you heat it upYou can try, although I personally do not recommend such a thing. Best a reball station where you can control the temperature evenly and a quality flux.
between 225 and 230 degrees the processor can be taken down. I recommend a reball station with temperature sensors mounted on the motherboard, a quality flux and a profile for the laptop processor for the removal and rewinding process. I use an IR station. I do NOT know at hot air stations, nozzle processor distance, etcMay I ask at what temperature does the CPU/APU gets when you heat it up
Is it ~164 degrees Celsius in the video?
Because the heat comes from above, the CPU should experience a higher temperature than the melting point of the soldering iron underneath.
For many videos i saw, people only use heat guns for the reballing process, meaning that the uneven temperature on the CPU make the temperature even more extreme for some point.
From your experience, why wouldn't the high temperature damage the CPU?
Or actually at what temperature should we expect them to be damaged?
Thank you.
IS there a possibility to use only atmosphere if the emmc is broken? If you put eMMC memory on another switch it will always display only black screen if memory is ok, because the biskey are unique for each Switch. First try a reball at the eMMC. If you still can't let Hekate run then the problem is from Tegra processor and you will have to try one reball or reflow if you have no Reballing Station BGA, stencil and balls.
