Nintendo releases special versions of three Kirby SNES titles on Nintendo Switch Online
Is it a bit unnecessary? Sure. However I don't see much harm to it. There have been many times I've wanted to boot up SuperStar to play one of the later sub games, but turned it off because I didn't want to go through green greens and dyna bladeImagine using a cheat code and calling it a "special version" just for that.
That's how idiotic that is lol
Worse yet are the ones who digest up this crap from Nintendo.
Yup, don't want them supporting their services in any way, shape, or form. That's just awful.Imagine using a cheat code and calling it a "special version" just for that.

What are you talking about? They are not offering three more games, they are just giving you cheat codes that shouldn't be treated like special edition of a game, because they are not. What makes people who like these things "worse", as you'd put it? People are "worse" becasue they enjoy something you do not? It cost me $10 to join a family plan for a year. I think I got a pretty damn good deal for the total content that is available. I have no issues with three more games being added. Would you be happier with no games added? Yes, we all want the entire damn NES, SNES, N64, etc libraries available, for free, but it's not happening. I'm personally pretty happy to get three more games for my $10 a year sub.

Well the millennials and youngsters who never owned a SNES and played most of those games won't know any better any way. These old SNES and other retro console games are all new to them.Imagine using a cheat code and calling it a "special version" just for that.

Yes they did, but the main problem is that this "special version" thing gave them a reason to re-release games on the service twice like they were new additions to the NSO library, which only makes the drip feeding of actual new additions to the service even worse. For all criticizing, didn't they do these for a lot of previous games?
Imagine being salty about something like this. Huh.Imagine using a cheat code and calling it a "special version" just for that.
