"Dutch" is a language not a region. I've also seen NL used for Netherlands, but H seems to be the preferred one letter region code.

Maybe Amsterdam, but the rest of the Netherlands is actually quite quaint... to the best of my recollection anyway.

Honestly, I don't know why the two letter region code hasn't been adopted by more "dumpers." I can't tell you how many times I've come across an "E" region code rom dump in hopes of it being in English only to find out that it is only in a select few European languages. I'd much prefer "ES" for Spain, "DE" for Germany, "NL" for Holland,. etc, etc....
