Didn't even cheat playing legit so yeah it's a ban wave

I haven't changed themes in about a month when Themely came out and I wanted to test it. I don't see how that would cause a ban.

I'm am as well banned it seems. Tried my Pokemon Moon cartridge. Strange.

I honestly think it's a blanket ban, a drastic reaction to SigHax's release, even affecting A9LH hold-outs.

Game and Miiverse. Haven't entered the eShop in months. Woud try, but they say that you lose all freeshop installs.

So a guy who was just using the web browser also got banned. Hmm. Gonna try eshop now. If i don't get banned, then this is ridiculous. (Don't really mind the ban)

Those saying that they aren't banned, doesn't mean it can't happen. Nintendo bans in waves, basically going down a check list. Set amount of users on that list will be banned at one moment, then the next batch, then the next. You'll have to wait and see if you're affected or not.

Also to those who pointed fingers and laughed at those who got the pokemon ban, finally got theirs. Karma I tell you
Not saying that this ban was a good thing though.
