Have you guys changed themes by any chance?
I totally forgot Themes existed, im still using the default one xD

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

ok, i'm not banned. I'm on 11.4 EUR with b9s and Luma 7.1 stable.
Re-check in a few min, ban occurs after a few minutes

I doubt theme switching is it, seeming more like badly generated installs from freeShop or whatever other bs there is, or cart dumps that people blindly installed
I'm am as well banned it seems. Tried my Pokemon Moon cartridge. Strange.

People are still getting banned even now (Someone just said that a few mins ago) so i tried switching themes, used the freeshop, FBI. Still.Not.Banned
I'm pretty curious what's the cause of the ban.

Where are you checking that you are banned? In a game or eShop?

I got a non-hacked 3DS I can check with. But it's an ambassador 3DS that I haven't started in god how long.

my damn god, I know that the bans where for entering online features of games not being released yet, and cheating but, I don't play pokemon,
I only updated the braverly default village!

So a guy who was just using the web browser also got banned. Hmm. Gonna try eshop now. If i don't get banned, then this is ridiculous. (Don't really mind the ban)
EDIT: Did it. No ban.

Those saying that they aren't banned, doesn't mean it can't happen. Nintendo bans in waves, basically going down a check list. Set amount of users on that list will be banned at one moment, then the next batch, then the next. You'll have to wait and see if you're affected or not.

Also to those who pointed fingers and laughed at those who got the pokemon ban, finally got theirs. Karma I tell you
Not saying that this ban was a good thing though.
