Hacking Nintendo Ban Wave?

Guys I'm reading in some forums
Right now,Nintendo is banning some players and it's permaban
The reason it's unknown but some people say what is for Boot9strap but Im think not
So that is correct?

eShop ban and online ban are two different bans, people with this ban can still access eShop.

I called Nintendo yesterday and they said it's temporary (002-0102). Yes the console entered e-shop on Thursday, but so did at least one other console, that hasn't been banned.

I updated to Luma 7.1/B9S and no ban, though I've been banned before because of Pokémon. I think it has something to do with FE:Echoes.

I only play Pokemon, it doesn't have to do with that game necessarily.

God this is going to be a whirlwind of misinformation. I never ever played a Fire Emblem game, let alone this Echoes thing. Called Nintendo yesterday about this as it was handed to me Monday night, they said "unauthorized software" usage, it's 002-0102, I hack Pokemon, but I've done that everyday for years now and that necessarily hasn't gotten me banned.
