Im now working for this. but still need more time. however do not expect anything because its need to know how these files are store on these main user files. and this is difficult to understand for some reason.

wow thanks, i dont want custom badge, what i want is only the official ones. hope to see a noob friendly gui in future that have the check/uncheck to unlock/lock & an entry to put how many pieces of each badge has.

I followed the tutorial over in the other thread, but I'm having some trouble with the badges showing on the home menu icons. They will show up fine on the hover over preview. Here is a screenshot of what I'm talking about. I used the Japanese Badge Center until US release, and moved over to US, running 9.5U the whole time. I even tried deleting all Badge Center related ExtData and let the game recreate it. I've uploaded both unmodified ExtData folders here. Any ideas on what's going on? I'm hoping someone in this thread can find something different with my data that could be causing this.

Edit: They only work in folders. I'm honestly at a complete loss here.

The smaller 32x32 badge data is right after the 64x64 badge data, at 0xCDCF80.

My video tutorials are up now. I have two of them, one using the extdata tool method (homebrew) and the second using savedatafiler (emuNAND)

this hasnt been discovered yet, but out of sheer assumption all you'd have to do is win a system settings badge and edit it to your liking, then inject it!

changing the shortcut is very easy, people know how to do it
