Newcomer with major issues... I think

Hi everyone I'm new to this whole modding thing as everyone else was at one point so don't judge me. But here's my problem I figured out how to do the hakchi mod on my snes classic and after seeing all the cool new things that could be done to my snes I wasn't satisfied with what I did so I needed more so now I'm trying to do the USB host mod and when I go to hakchi and go to uninstall I get a error message saying more kernel found I need to dump kernel then I go to dump kernel and I get the error message c:\users\family\desktop\data\fes1.bin not found what am I doing wrong

When you run the madmonkey hakchi you have to be in fes mode, which is where you hold reset as you power the console on.
