Hacking New Vita owner, trouble installing dumping games.

I only just got my Vita a couple of days ago, and luckily it was on 3.60, so I browsed the forums until I eventually installed Enzo and Adrelaline, and installed Maidumptool, I tried to dump a game and install it and it wouldn't install. I uninstalled MDT and installed Vitamin 2.0 and it also wouldn't install after dumping. I don't know if I missed something during all of the initial cfw installs, or if I messed something up by installing anything I should have? I remember the PSP being a lot easier, but this is all foreign to me.
The Vita was also given to me by a friend, he kept his profile on it so I could play his games, but I don't really need that and would rather use my own PSN account. Is that even possible, and is it even worth it since I read somewhere you can't even sync your trophies?

Using PSN atm is not poosible! And try NoNpDrm instead of Vitamin 2.0 or Maimdumptool.
