RetroArch FBNeo Core Issue

Anyone know what the problem is? It is not a Rom Issue. All other Cores I tried work perfectly. But when I try to Load Core (FBNeo), it goes blank as it goes to Load it up.......but then I get a Vita Error that comes up.
