there are other countries in the world than the United States, an european dump is as sympathic as useful when you don't want to play in english (cause some of the euro version are multilanguage).

Chiaki, no one ask you to play or download all roms. It's just a question of equality. If an US dump is realised it's normal to dump the Euro and japanese releases if you can. It's up to the player to choose to dl it or not.
