The m3adapter.com was being worked on, it was down for a while. m3adapter.net was fine and all the downloads were working.

Anyone know if this resolves the issue with Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin?

I didn't try out every setting but at least on Software Reset, 4x DMA and Trim ROM it still freezes. Hopefully maybe a different combo works now...

Fortunately, Lunar Knights, Hotel Dusk and Phoenix Wright run problem free on the above settings.

Castlevania Portrait of Ruin EU worked for me on the latest firmware. Now the US didn't but EU did. I hope they fixed the problem with Wario: Master of Disguise

The EU didn.t work for me for me on those settings. I still have problems with it freezing
