Me and my friend enjoysed Blops on PS3 even with MW3 already released but after 2 months nearly noone plays it anymore online (aside of random matches)...

For Xbox Live at least, plenty of people still play almost every CoD. I see people on my friend's list still playing MW2.

You can see that for example Fifa 11 is missing on that list and also Blops Zombies, at least on my and my friends list nearly no one plays that anymore... Here and there a death match but if you wouldn`t have MW3 you would be a lonely gamer...

No one is forced to buy anything but I think it is not deniable, that for someone who doesn`t want to upgrade to the newer game of the franchise the new release is definitely a disadvantage for his enjoyment!

Unless Treyarc fixes the things that were wrong with Black Ops, I won't be buying it. Things like gun variety and balance were taken too lightly. There was way too much balance and not enough variety. I still think WaW and MW2 have been the best in the series past CoD 3. If they include specialist, I might get it used.

wat. Black Ops was like the complete opposite. I thought it had a ton of variety with the weapons. Either way, I'm looking forward to this, seeing as Treyarch CoD is a lot better than IW CoD, especially after MW3.

that is only due to the nature of the game being multiplayer where you can blame your teammate if you lose. and you need skill in paying that game. pokemon's mostly hard work.

The Pokemon fanbase is full of some of the most antisocial and obnoxious kids I met. They're basically weaboos if they're over the age of 15.

If you're going to yell at me for this, I suggest you take into consideration that people always generalize the CoD fanbase in a similar fashion, you're only yelling at me for it because it's "Pokemanz"

At least the new CoD games add new stuff and also stick with the core gameplay, and even a better online experience.
Pokemon on the other hand is the exact same bullshit that is becoming shittier after every single game.

New Zombie innovation on disc + every DLC.
Wager Match
Combat Training
CoD Points
Playercards
More customization for classes and private matches

Pokemon Black 2 and White 2:
New pokemon
3DS apps

Yup, CoD has no innovation at all.

Pokemon does consistently add some new elements of gameplay with every release. At least they're sort of trying.
Nowadays CoD doesn't even get that, just a recycled engine a few new maps and a campaign.

Black Ops was a great, meaty package (...okay, that could have been worded better) of content. I certainly enjoyed all it had to offer.

If Treyarch can top what they accomplished last time and provide another satisfying game, I can see myself picking this one up.
