New 3DS XL black screen blue light

Hello guys when I turn on this console I just bought from someone the bluelight stays on but both screen still black I dont hear anything too
after reading some topics here I tried using ntrboot but when I hold (Start) + (Select) + (X) + (Power) and leave them to acces B9SInstaller the console just turn off
I really need some help thank you everyone !

What all is listed on the sd card thats in the console?

there was no sdcard but when I try launching luma or gm9 nothing happens
